Eggs and an orange cinnamon roll.
I made hot dogs and home made mac and cheese yesterday.
I used Hebrew Nation hot dogs and put sweet relish, roasted tomatoes, mushrooms, onion, and clinatro with colby jack cheese on top.
My ‘recipe’ for mac and cheese is as following:
I cook everything by eye since I’m shit at following measurements. Use more butter than flour, the flour is only there to thicken the butter. Also don’t make it too buttery or you’ll taste it. Use your own judgement on how much cheese you want. I find that using shredded cheese instead of cut pieces from a block of cheese leads to the cheese being less clumpy when it’s poured and cooled over the pasta, but sometimes I make a mix of the two. I also mix my cheeses up and I tend to sprinkle shredded cheese over the finished pasta.
T-Bone steak marinated for a few hours with Fiesta brand steak rub, Stubbs BBQ sauce, and Olive Oil. Then cooked with zucchini, orange, onions, tomato, and bell pepper. Served with a side of Betty Crocker scalloped potatoes.

I’m not a big fan of hot dogs, but I bought them because I’m low on money and they’re cheap. I thought I’d try to experiment to make a new kind of hot dog that I’d like a lot more. I fried up some weenies, mushrooms, green bell pepper, and onion. Put that in a hot dog bun. I heated up some baked beans from yesterday and had a side of dill pickle. It was all very delicious!

My own little sweet version of soup and sandwiches. Frankenberry cereal and PB&J sandwich.

Today I had a salad which consisted of green lettuce, spinach, cilantro, tomato, mushrooms, carrots, Colby Jack cheese chunks, a dill pickle, and I topped it with blue-cheese dressing.

I didn’t feel like cooking today, so I made a ham sandwich with chipotle mayo served with a side of zesty pickles, and chips and peach and mango salsa.

Still haven’t gone grocery shopping so I had another breakfast for dinner meal. This time I made organic turkey bacon, sauteed mushrooms with cilantro and garlic salt, a leftover scone with strawberry jam and a cinnamon toast with strawberry cream cheese.
Today I made some scones since I haven’t gone grocery shopping in a while and only have a bunch of different breakfast items. These were made from a can. I put powdered sugar on top before baking, but I also burnt a few of them on the tops. However, they were delicious. I enjoyed them with some Irish breakfast tea.
